Context: SGI workstations configured with ethernet as primary
interface and FDDI as secondary interface.

Problem: The "master" host on which I invoke pvm is always added to
the configuration using it's ethernet hostname. Then, sure
enough, messages sent from this machine to other machines use
FDDI, but their messages back to the master use ethernet.

When I invoke pvm, how do I tell the master machine to enroll
         itself using the FDDI interface?
