    I had this problem, TOO. I checked the log file 'pvml*' 
and found out that either the message 'Permission denied' (particularly for
nodes in a different architecture cluster) or the message ' ... timed out
after 60 secs' (for nodes in the same arch cluster) is recorded for the node 
being unable to be added into the virtual machine. Any idea?
