Ohio Supercomputer Center has released XLED 1.1.

XLED is an X/Motif based LED server that emulates good old hardware LEDs.
It is implemented on top of the LAM cluster computing environment. It
provides a low cost alternative for sexy blinking LEDs demos (popular with
supervisors and managers!) and quick-n-dirty debugging.

The XLED client library (libled.a) provides a simple interface to turn
selected LEDs on and off and inquire about their current state. The
user runs XLED on any node in the multicomputer, the library calls
locate and direct their requests to the proper destination.

XLED mirrors the process representation of XMPI, and therefore
complements it well. We have attempted to make XLED look uniformly
presentable on the six "UNIX-portable" platforms we support (the same
platforms as LAM supports). The application resource files are meant to
fill in the cracks.

XLED works with LAM 6.0 or later.
