The Virtual Workshop is an entirely over-the-network program for
studying high performance computing.  It provides access to CTC's 
educational programs from your home machine, while retaining 
interactive features of a live workshop.

You may choose to study one or more of the following topics:

* Introduction to Parallel and Distributed Memory Programming 
* The Message-Passing Interface Standard (MPI) 
* The PVM Message-Passing Library 
* Serial and Parallel Performance Issues for the IBM RS/6000 SP 

The course components are Web-based lectures and exercises, 
communication with CTC consultants and other participants, and 
logins on CTC's world-class IBM RS/6000 SP.
