The Cray T3D MPI developed by EPCC, was a from scratch implementation, not
based on CHIMP.

There's not enough info in this posting to provide a solution to your
problem. If your local friendly Cray user-support person can't help,
they or you can email t3dmpi@epcc.ed.ac.uk for help. If you do, try to
provide as much information about the problem as possible, or better
still a short program which demonstrates the problem/bug.
