Find it under:

ftp://ftp.rus.uni-stuttgart.de/pub/parallelrechner/MPI/ARGONNE/mpich-1.0.10.tar.Z
ftp://ftp.jussieu.fr/pub9/parallel/standards/mpi/anl/mpich-1.0.10.tar.Z
ftp://ftp.ibp.fr/pub9/parallel/standards/mpi/anl/mpich-1.0.10.tar.Z

Should be faster for you. I took my one from Stuttgart, the other two
I found with archie.
