Those of you who attended ISUG95 may be interested in the
PowerPoint source for our tutorial

    "Collective Communication: Theory and Practice"

by the friendly folks who brought you the InterCom (iCC) collective
communication library (David Payne (Intel SSD), Lance Shuler (SNL),
Robert van de Geijn (UT-Austin), and Jerrell Watts Caltech)).

For those who did not attend the tutorial, the presentation included
around 800 overhead slides, which were presented using PowerPoint, and
an overhead projector run off a laptop. The count reached 800 due to
about a dozen full color animations of collective communications which
were obtained by presenting slides at set (short) time intervals, as
supported by PowerPoint. We had a lot of fun putting this
presentation together, and we believe it has educational value.

We make the presentation available via anonymous ftp. For further
information, see
