A new version of the Argonne - Mississippi State portable MPI implementation
is available by anonymous ftp from info.mcs.anl.gov, in the directory pub/mpi.
Take the file mpich-Nov05.tar.Z. See the User's Guide in the distribution
(mpich/doc/guide.ps.Z) for details of how to build, test, and install MPI on
your system. The Guide also includes a discussion of the MPICH parallel
programming environment, which includes many new features.

The User's Guide is available separately as guide.ps.Z in the same ftp
directory.

New in this release: bug fixes, performance enhancements, ports to more
machines, and improved documentation, including man pages for all the MPI
functions. There are also a large number of example MPI programs and the
beginnings of an automated test suite.

Problem reports to mpi-bugs@mcs.anl.gov.
