PRESS RELEASE

Aachen, 2 March 1994....Parsytec Computer GmbH has announced details of a
lucrative deal with SEGA, the maker of the MegaDrive. SEGA has reported
that its latest games console, using the MIPS R4400 is simply too fast for
the current market. In a bid to moderate game play, SEGA has announced it
will use the Parix programming environment, with compilers from ACE, for
current favourites as Sonic 3 and FIFA World Cup Football. A spokesman
for SEGA said "Parsytec are the world leaders in code slowing technology
and we expect that by recompilation we will lose about 50% speed. In
the next few months we will be working with Parsytec to reduce this
further." Spokesperson for Parsytec, Deirdrie Cooper, said "We plan to
introduce SEGA to parallel R4400 implementations using the T805 as
a communications processor, thereby providing the slowest implementation
of Sonic 3 yet seen"
